Baby Biyyu's Blue Akikah

An akikah celebration is one of the most important events in a baby's life. And for me, important events need serious decorating.

This akikah's theme was classic blue. This theme involved paper leaves and lots of flowers. First, I installed blue marble printed backdrop to start the decor, then the lighting followed. Since this backdrop display was the main decor in this event, the lighting played a very important role. It accentuated the decor and gave it a warm aura.

Brass colored paper leaves

In the next step, I installed the decorations. The paper leaves were handmade from brass colored paper which matched the white and green colors from the flowers perfectly. Flowers arrangements were installed on the backdrop and in standing vases. These vases were set up in front of the backdrop alongside a suede stool.

Custom pouch souvenirs

For the guests, custom pouch souvenirs were provided. The thing with custom souvenirs is, they feel more personal. And for this kind of event; where close family and friends are involved, personal souvenirs are the best.
