my favourite dish is pasta in chicken cream sauce. it is yummy - yet sooo easy to make. just heat some olive oil and cook butter, minced chicken, cooking cream, grated cheese, and mustard. then, add fresh basil, plus salt and black pepper to taste. et voila!
