Up, Up, and Away!

Once upon a time, there was a little boy who was turning 5 last July. There were several things he loved best; rockets and all things NASA, and his American roots.

So, for his birthday, he came up with the idea of having a Fourth-of-July NASA birthday party theme.

A Fourth-of-July NASA birthday party! How cool is THAT?!

I imagined a lot of red, white, blue, rockets, astronauts, candied apples, and a whole lot more! Also, a picnic setting is perfect setting for the huge venue.

How American are the candied apples, right?
On the dessert table I included an assortment of themed snacks; American themed cookies, candied apples, marshmallow krispies treats, and popcorn, all gathered around the out-of-this-world birthday cake.

An American flag and a giant popcorn surprise box for the photo booth.

The birthday boy had a blast! And from the birthday pictures, the guests had fun too. It was a perfect party with a perfect theme. Uncle Sam would be proud 💓

So once again, Happy Birthday and Happy Fourth-of-July!
